Terms of Service
Effective date: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of phaserr.com (the "Site") and the Phaserr app at app.phaserr.com (the "App"), operated by the Phaserr team ("Phaserr", "we", "us"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Phaserr is a periodized strength-training program builder for coaches. The Site is its marketing page; the App is where you create an account, build programs, and manage the athletes you coach. Phaserr is under active development, and the features described on the Site may change.
Phaserr is a planning and tracking tool, not medical, health, or professional coaching advice. You are the coach: decisions about what any athlete should do, and whether it is safe for them, remain yours.
Your account
You need an account to use the App. You can sign in with an email code, a password, a passkey, or your Google account.
Keep your sign-in methods to yourself — anyone who can sign in can see and change everything in your account. Tell us at privacy@phaserr.com if you think someone else has access. The information you give us must be accurate, and you must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
Your athletes' data
Athletes do not have accounts: you enter their data, and it stays under your control. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter it and for what you record about the people you coach. We process it only to provide the App to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using the Site or the App, you agree not to:
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the App, or their systems;
- use another person's account, or share yours with someone else;
- upload unlawful content, or data you have no right to enter;
- scrape, copy, or republish our content except as allowed by law.
Intellectual property
The Phaserr name, logo, text, graphics, and other content on the Site and in the App belong to the Phaserr team and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
The programs and data you create stay yours. You grant us only the permission we need to store and display them so we can run the App for you.
Ending your account
You can stop using Phaserr at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data at privacy@phaserr.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
"As is" disclaimer
The Site and the App are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Phaserr is under active development: we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Phaserr team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the Site or the App are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Phaserr develops. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site or the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
